- • No names, phone numbers, unit numbers, or other personal details.
- • No harassment, slurs, or attacks on individuals.
- • No reviews you were paid or pressured to write.
- • No claims you can't back up from your own experience.
For landlords and managers
You can reply publicly to any review of your property. Keep replies professional and never share a tenant's private details. If a review breaks these guidelines, file a removal request with a reason and a moderator will review it.
